Jason G. Debly

Jason Debly began his professional career in 1992 as an independent insurance adjuster with Adjusters Canada Inc. in Toronto, handling claims for national insurers and large commercial organizations. During this time, he developed deep insight into claims arising from motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and defective consumer products.

After graduating from the University of New Brunswick Law School in 2001, Jason worked in private practice before spending 20 years in the New Brunswick civil service, advising on insurance, risk management, contracts, transactions, and legislative policy matters.

Since joining CLG Injury Law in 2023, Jason has drawn on his extensive background to represent individuals injured through no fault of their own. He is committed to practical, common-sense approaches that lead to fair and equitable settlements. Outside of work, Jason enjoys exploring wines from around the world and pairing them with great cuisine.
