Jennifer Garagan

Jennifer Garagan graduated from Dalhousie Law School in 2009 and then began practicing law in a small-firm setting. She was called to the bar in New Brunswick in 2010 and Nova Scotia in 2013, and is a member of both the Canadian Bar Association and the Atlantic Provinces Trial Lawyers Association.

For more than 15 years, Jennifer has been a dedicated advocate for individuals living with disabilities, focusing on protecting clients who might otherwise be overlooked within the legal system. Her work is driven by a strong commitment to ensuring clients are treated with dignity, respect, and fairness throughout the legal process.

Since joining CLG Injury Law in 2019, Jennifer has focused on safeguarding her clients’ legal rights so they can concentrate on healing and rebuilding their lives. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her three children and exploring the many corners of the Maritimes, often accompanied by the family’s standard poodle, Stryder. She also enjoys local theatre and community volunteering.
